About me
I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Interior Architecture at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point (UWSP) and earned a Ph.D. in Interior Environmental Design from Texas Tech University in Spring 2022. My extensive training in human-centered interior design research and an education in business management has provided me with a robust foundation to pursue my research goals.
As I embark on my journey as an independent environmental designer, researcher, and educator, my goal is to conduct scientific research that contributes to measurable impacts in built environments, human cognition, special populations, and the theoretical knowledge base. I look forward to fostering a collaborative environment for my students, allowing them to explore the essence of research, design theories, sustainability, environmental systems, and evidence-based design in practice.
